These services are offered in our clinics when your provider orders them or when they fit your care plan.
- IV hydration at our Eugene and Red Oak clinics, ordered and overseen by your provider
- An on-site Labcorp lab at our Eugene clinic, so blood work can usually be drawn during your visit, plus point-of-care tests
- In-office 12-lead EKG at our Eugene clinic
- At-home sleep studies (WatchPAT), arranged through our Eugene and Red Oak clinics
- Remote patient monitoring and chronic care management for eligible patients with ongoing conditions
- Urine drug screening, when part of your care plan
- Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
- In-office procedures and therapeutic injections at our Eugene clinic
