Who we are
Revitalized Wellness PLLC is a nurse practitioner–led integrative health practice. Since June 2020, we've grown from one provider into a team of nurse practitioners, a licensed massage therapist, clinical staff and support staff caring for patients in Eugene, Oregon, Red Oak, Iowa and by telehealth in several states.
We bring primary care, mental health, addiction recovery and wellness services together, so your care feels connected and judgment-free.
What "integrative" means here
Integrative care means your providers look at the whole picture: physical health, mental health, recovery, hormones and lifestyle. It does not replace evidence-based medical treatment; it connects it, so patients and clinicians can listen to each other and plan together.

Revitalized Wellness exists to provide accessible, comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare that addresses the whole person. We bring medical, behavioral, and wellness services together so patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in improving their health.

How the clinic began
Kristi L. Ross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, founded Revitalized Wellness in June 2020 to give patients care that sees the whole person, with time to listen and a coordinated relationship between patients and clinicians.
Since then the clinic has grown into a multi-provider practice serving more than one state. Kristi serves as Founder, CEO & Medical Director, working alongside our team of providers and staff.
