The Foundation's programs are charitable community programs. They are separate from the medical services offered by Revitalized Wellness PLLC. Donations are not payment for medical care and do not affect eligibility for treatment.

The Healing Kitchen Garden
Coming spring 2027: a community garden outside our Eugene clinic that grows fresh food for patients and neighbors, brings people together and makes the space more welcoming. Your gift helps build it.
Community health programs
Programs that help people in underserved communities get access to whole-person health care. General gifts support the Foundation's community health work.
Donations are made through Zeffy, a third-party donation platform.
