Our Eugene clinic at 71 Centennial Loop serves Eugene, Springfield and Lane County. It is our main clinic and offers the widest range of in-person care.

Our Red Oak, Iowa clinic
Our Red Oak clinic at 1981 G Ave serves Red Oak, Montgomery County and the surrounding area. All visits are by appointment, so please call (712) 717-0300 before you come in.
