Telehealth
See your provider from home
Secure video visits for many of our services, in the states where our providers are licensed.
What is a telehealth visit?
A telehealth visit is a visit with your provider by secure video on your phone, tablet or computer. It works much like an office visit: you talk with your provider, review your health and make a plan together.
Telehealth can save you a trip, but some care still needs an in-person visit.
Who it may help
- People who live far from our clinics
- People with busy schedules or limited transportation
- Patients who need follow-up visits, medication management or virtual urgent care
- Patients in states where our providers are licensed, including Florida
Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988. Revitalized Wellness is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
What to expect
What a visit may include
- A video conversation with your provider
- A review of your symptoms, medications and lab results
- Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate
- A plan and follow-up schedule
How care is delivered
- Call or text (541) 214-2786 to request a visit.
- Download the free Spruce app for secure video and messaging.
- Join your visit at your appointment time from a private, quiet place.
