Mental health

Mental health care that sees the whole you

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management, connected to the rest of your care.

What is mental health medication management?

Mental health medication management is care from a psychiatric nurse practitioner who evaluates your symptoms, decides with you whether medication may help, and follows up regularly to see how it's working.

Your psychiatric provider can work with your primary care provider here, with your permission, so your mental and physical health are looked at together.

Who it may help

  • People with anxiety, depression or other mental health conditions who may benefit from medication
  • People who already take mental health medication and need ongoing follow-up
  • People in recovery who also need mental health care

Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988. Revitalized Wellness is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

What to expect

What a visit may include

  • A psychiatric evaluation: a full look at your symptoms, history and current medications
  • A plan you build together with your provider
  • Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate
  • Regular follow-up visits to check how your medication is working and adjust your plan

How care is delivered

By secure telehealth in Oregon and Iowa, and in person at our Red Oak clinic. Oregon patients may also join telehealth visits from our Eugene clinic, with support from our clinic staff.

Where it is available

Spravato treatment in Eugene

Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray is a prescription treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression, used together with an oral antidepressant. It is offered at our Eugene clinic when clinically appropriate.

Each treatment is given in our clinic under the Spravato REMS safety program. You stay with our team for monitoring afterward and need someone to drive you home. Your provider will talk with you about whether it may be a fit, along with its benefits and risks.

Is Spravato right for me?

Eligibility depends on your history, other treatments you've tried and your insurance. Call or text (541) 214-2786 to ask about a Spravato evaluation.
