Feeling sick? See a provider by video

Video visits for common, non-emergency illnesses, from your phone, tablet or computer.

What is virtual urgent care?

Virtual urgent care is a video visit with a nurse practitioner for a common illness that needs attention soon but is not an emergency.

Your provider will ask about your symptoms, look at what can be seen on video, and decide with you whether video care is right for your problem. Prescriptions are given only when clinically appropriate.

Who it may help

  • Allergies, colds, sore throat and sinus infections
  • Strep throat and bronchitis
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Pink eye, ear pain, cold sores and rashes
  • Stomach flu, diarrhea and headache
  • Gout and acne

Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988. Revitalized Wellness is not an emergency or crisis-response service.

What to expect

What a visit may include

  • A conversation about your symptoms and health history
  • A video check of what can be seen on camera
  • A treatment plan, which may include a prescription when clinically appropriate
  • Advice on when to seek in-person or emergency care
