Recovery support

Peer support

Support from someone who has walked the road of recovery, working alongside your care team.

What is peer support?

A peer support specialist is a certified professional with lived experience of recovery. They offer encouragement, practical help and a listening ear, and help you stay connected to your care and your community.

Peer support works alongside your medical and mental health care here. It does not replace treatment from your providers.

How peer support may help

  • Setting and working toward your own recovery goals
  • Getting to appointments and staying connected to care
  • Finding community resources, such as housing, food and transportation help
  • Support during hard moments and life changes

Meet our peer support specialist

Deb Entwit

Peer Support Specialist

Oregon-certified Peer Support Specialist and Certified Recovery Mentor. Deb works with patients at our Eugene clinic and in the community.

Who can get peer support?

Peer support is available to patients of Revitalized Wellness, especially people in recovery from substance use. Appointments with Deb begin December 1, 2026. Ask your provider or call or text us to learn whether it's a fit for you.

Insurance participation varies by provider, service, location and plan. Please call or text (541) 214-2786 before your visit so we can confirm your specific plan and benefits.

Not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental-health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988.
