Revitalized Wellness uses a systematic approach to help patients attain knowledge, proficiency, tools, and self-reliance to actively engage themselves in self-care and self-recognized health goals.

Kristi provides coaching that focuses on the WHOLE you. She will help you create individualized plans that include nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mindset, and stress management.

How Health Coaching Works

Your input is important, Kristi will collaborate with you to design an individualized program that promotes your overall success and accountability.

 

The program includes the following:

  • 6 months of weekly virtual visits with Kristi Ross

  • Starting with a comprehensive evaluation

  • Weekly virtual visits with your health coach and the ability to call, text, or email through a secured application for all-inclusive support.

  • Our nutrition plan focuses on real foods that leave you feeling full and satisfied. No calorie counting required! 

  • Compassionate care - no put-downs, shaming, or guilt.
