Revitalized Wellness  Virtual Urgent Care eliminates the need to travel and brings the care to you. Scheduling an appointment is easy and part of our telemedicine program. You can use the video camera on your mobile phone, tablet, or computer for a face-to-face consultation.

*Virtual Urgent Care visits are available if you reside in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Oregon, and South Dakota.*

Virtual visits are available in New York with Kristi L. Ross, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, for primary care, women's health and menopause care, weight management, and appropriate urgent-care concerns. Eligibility and treatment options are determined individually. Virtual urgent care is not emergency care. Call 911 for a medical emergency or call or text 988 for a mental-health or substance-use crisis.
