Marta Shevchenk
A board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in both inpatient and outpatient mental health care. I work with clients who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health issues. As an immigrant myself, I understand how complex it can be to balance cultures, identities, and the pressures of adapting to a new environment. My background as a nurse and nurse practitioner has given me the privilege of working with people from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds—and that has shaped my practice in a deep and meaningful way. I’m bilingual, and speak fluent Polish and I also understand and speak some Spanish and Russian. I believe language and cultural awareness are key parts of mental healthcare. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change

A Registered Nurse that came to our clinic with over 7 years of bedside nursing experience, most recently in the local emergency department here in Oregon. She believes healthcare is a collaborative journey and is passionate about empowering her community to lead healthier lives. Amber McBride
Before becoming a massage therapist Amber was a CNA/Medication Aid. Her patients she worked with during the opiate pandemic would be in severe pain and she saw that the only solution that was given to them was increasing their pain medication. She wanted to make more of difference and find a healthy way to ease their pain. She was amazed upon discovering all of the benefits of massage therapy and how much it helped with pain and lots of other issues. She graduated from East West college in Portland Oregon and started her career in massage. She is committed to helping every client she has become pain free and recover from injury. She is also a reiki master which she discovered goes a little further than massage and helps to heal emotional as well as physical ailments. Her hobbies are hiking and exploring waterfalls, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her son.
