Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who brings 20 years of rural nursing experience to the Revitalized Wellness team. Over two decades in underserved healthcare settings, she witnessed firsthand the complex intersection of physical and mental health challenges facing her communities. Driven by a desire to connect with individuals on a personal level, she transitioned from executive nursing leadership to pursue her true calling, earning her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic mental health care.

Based at the Red Oak clinic, Holly provides specialized psychiatric services ("Red Psych") with the firm belief that mental and physical wellness are completely intertwined. She prioritizes building trusting provider-patient relationships through open communication, mutual respect, and an educational approach that empowers patients to make informed choices about their care. Outside of the clinic, Holly cherishes quality time creating lasting memories with her
