🧘♀️ August is National Wellness Month! Each week, use this Wellness Tracker to help you take small, meaningful steps toward better health — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Here’s how to use this tracker:
✨ Gratitude List
Take a moment each day to write down something you're thankful for. Practicing gratitude can reduce stress, improve mood, and boost your overall sense of well-being.
😴 Sleep Tracker
Track what time you went to bed, how many hours you slept, and how you felt the next day.✔️ Most adults need 7–9 hours of sleep per night for optimal health.
🛁 Self-Care Activity
Mark off each day you did something just for you — like taking a walk, reading, or practicing mindfulness.✔️ Aim to do at least one self-care activity every day.
📆 Habit Tracker
Choose a habit you want to build (like drinking more water, stretching, or journaling) and track your consistency throughout the week.✔️ Starting small and staying consistent is key to long-term change.
💚 You don’t have to be perfect — just start where you are. Download the tracker, take a few minutes each day, and check in with yourself. You’re worth the effort.
