When we began our journey and jumped HEAD first into the Keto lifestyle and Pure Therapeutic Ketones, we made it WAY more complicated than it needed to be!! We spent hours online looking at recipes, meal plans, and macro trackers. Hell, we even started by counting calories and macros with My Fitness Pal for months...literally tracking EVERYTHING!! Did I mention, I am a bit type A!!
Pinterest has been our BESTEST friend ever and you can find ANYTHING you ever wanted to know between there and You-Tube about Keto and science behind it. The science was HUGE for me. In fact, I completely fascinated by how much amazing information you can find out there about this. All I can say is make sure it's legit because there are a TON of naysayers out there. One of our favorite recipe books that we started out with was The Complete Ketogenic Diet for Beginners by Amy Ramos. It provided a simple, easy to follow run down on the keto lifestyle, a grocery guide, and many wonderful recipes. You should definitely grab one!! All in all, what we realized was to just follow the guidelines for the keto lifestyle by eating REAL food and drink ketones!
